Customer Success

Customer success through collaboration

As technology continues to evolve, credit unions face increasing pressure to adapt—whether through new products, enhanced services, or heightened security and compliance demands. At Infonancial, we recognize that staying ahead requires more than just great software—it takes strong partnerships.

We’ve worked closely with our credit union partners to identify changes that impact multiple institutions and then coordinate group negotiations to implement shared solutions. These collaborations are further simplified by a key advantage: every one of our clients runs the exact same version of our core banking system. We don’t do customized programs but instead use customized modules—so when a change is implemented, certified, and tested for one client, it works the same for all. This eliminates the need for costly custom development and allows our partners to adopt improvements quickly and efficiently. It’s a level of consistency and simplicity that sets Infonancial apart from other core system providers.

In just the past three months, we’ve seen three such collaborative projects come to life. It’s been a pleasure to spearhead these efforts—not only to benefit our partners directly, but to help credit unions enhance their offerings to members. This approach leads to stronger growth, more competitive services, and broader success for all involved.

Though Infonancial is not a co-operative, we embrace a co-operative spirit. By working together, our clients gain more than just technology—they gain shared strength, efficiency, and a smarter path forward. It’s a truly symbiotic process where everyone benefits

Bay Credit Union - Serving up support for camp quality

On June 19, Bay Credit Union hosted its annual charity barbecue at the Algoma Street branch, flipping burgers and grilling hotdogs in support of Camp Quality—a volunteer-run organization that provides summer camps and year-round programs for children affected by cancer and blood disorders, along with their families.

The event drew a steady crowd and aimed to raise between $1,000 and $1,500 for the camp. Camp Quality’s programs, including wilderness adventures at Shebandowan, offer kids the chance to enjoy fishing, swimming, and boat rides in a safe, supportive environment.

For Bay Credit Union, this event is part of a long-standing tradition. They’ve been hosting charity barbecues for over 15 years, holding one each June and another in September at their Cumberland branch. Director June Gaw, who brought the idea forward, shared that Camp Quality has personally touched her family’s life, making the cause especially meaningful.

We’re proud to spotlight Bay Credit Union for their continued commitment to community giving and for helping bring joy and healing to children and families who need it most.
