Product Updates
FSRA EDC Reporting Reminder
FSRA has begun contacting credit unions to prepare files for submission. To ensure compliance, it’s critical that all data in your banking system remains accurate and up to date. Common issues such as outdated member records, loan misclassifications, or incomplete fields can cause delays and rejection during the reporting process.
Infonancial’s FSRA reporting tools help streamline this process by pulling both manual inputs and default fields directly from the core system, reducing errors and saving time.
If you’d like support in preparing your FSRA submissions or have questions about using these tools, our team is here to help.
New Feature: Historical Documents Viewer
We’re excited to introduce historical documents viewer, now included in InfoLend for all clients! Built in direct response to client feedback, this feature helps credit unions transitioning from other systems bring their past loan documents into InfoLend. Now, all documents (historical and new) live securely in one place, giving your team a complete view of member history.
What this means for you:
Faster access to all loan documents
Seamless transitions from legacy systems
One centralized source of truth
The Historical Documents Viewer is another feature pioneered through collaboration with our clients — and it marks another step forward in making InfoLend your all-in-one platform for smarter, faster lending.
Customer Success
Empowering your Team for the New InfoAnywhere Experience
As we prepare for the phased rollout of InfoAnywhere, our innovative and user-friendly interface for credit unions, our top priority is ensuring your team has the tools for a seamless and confident transition.
To support this, our team is actively developing a complete InfoAnywhere training that will be launched on our dedicated learning platform, InfoAcademy. This new content is being specifically designed to help your staff master the new interface and its streamlined workflows.
The upcoming training will feature interactive modules and step-by-step video tutorials. It will provide the real-world guidance needed to navigate the platform effectively from day one, making the onboarding process smoother, more engaging, and more relevant for your credit union.

What’s New at Infonancial?
Connecting with Our Community and Partners
It’s been a busy and exciting time at Infonancial! We were thrilled to connect with so many industry leaders and partners as a Hole Sponsor at the recent OCUF Golf Classic. For us, partnership extends beyond the office, and it was a fantastic day of community engagement and valuable conversations.
That spirit of deep collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, which is why our team is now in full preparation mode for one of our most important events of the year: our annual User Group Meeting on October 21st.
This exclusive virtual event is a cornerstone of our commitment to our partners. It’s a dedicated day for our clients to get a first look at new developments (including a very exciting platform reveal this year), share feedback directly with our leadership, and help shape our future roadmap. It's this direct collaboration that allows us to build better solutions for the entire credit union community.
