From Concept to a Live Loan Origination System
2025 was a defining year for InfoLend. We took the platform from an early concept to a live Loan Origination System by working closely with credit unions to understand how lending really happens day to day. Those conversations directly shaped the first release, from core application workflows to how lenders view member information, manage tasks, and track applications.
Following launch, InfoLend continued to grow throughout the year. We rolled out new features and refinements focused on improving visibility, reducing manual effort, and giving lending teams and managers better control over their processes. Each release was driven by real feedback, helping us fine-tune workflows and add capabilities that support efficiency without adding complexity.
That ongoing collaboration with credit unions continues to guide how InfoLend evolves as we move forward.

FHM Pinning Now Live
We’re pleased to share that FHM Pinning is now live and available on InfoCore. This enhancement allows Credit Unions to securely initiate PIN reset requests, enabling members to complete the re-pinning process directly at an ATM within a defined time window. The result is a more efficient, secured, and enhanced experience for members, while reducing operational effort for branch and support teams.
