Fraud Prevention Month
March is National Fraud Prevention Month, and as scams become increasingly sophisticated with the use of AI technologies, education is our strongest defense.
To help Canadians stay protected, the Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) has just released an enhanced consumer fraud prevention toolkit and a new scam-spotting quiz. These practical resources are designed to help members recognize red flags and protect their personal information. We highly encourage credit unions to explore and share these tools to empower their communities against emerging financial threats. Check here!

Built on a Foundation of Trust
With March being Fraud Prevention Month, the importance of a secure digital banking environment is top of mind across the industry. As InfoGo continues to roll out, our priority remains clear: providing a platform that is as safe as it is seamless.
We understand that credit unions need a solution that not only offers an intuitive user interface but also protects their members' financial data at every touchpoint. By balancing robust infrastructure with everyday usability, InfoGo ensures that members can manage their finances with complete confidence.
Coming Soon: Updated Central 1 Lending Forms
We’re currently working on reviewing and implementing the latest Central 1 lending forms within InfoLend. This update will give credit unions the option to use the most recent versions of these forms directly inside the lending workflow.
By bringing updated forms into InfoLend, lenders can generate documents more seamlessly as part of the application process, reduce manual handling, and keep everything aligned within a single, consistent experience.
We’re excited to roll this out and will share more as the updated forms become available.

Bay Credit Union - Mobile Wallet Underway!
We're pleased to share that the Mobile Wallet configuration with Everlink is nearing completion for Bay Credit Union! This marks another important step as we continue expanding secure, modern payment capabilities across our credit union partners.
Mobile Wallet enables members to add their debit cards to supported digital wallets, allowing for convenient, contactless payments using their mobile devices. As onboarding progresses, we're working closely with CUCC and Everlink to complete the required configurations and system setup to support full method-of-payment functionality.

Reducing Manual Touchpoints
Across credit unions, a common challenge in day-to-day operations is the number of manual steps built into processes over time.
It often starts small. An extra step here, a spreadsheet there, a quick workaround to get something done faster. Over time, these add up and create more effort than expected.
Some useful questions to step back and consider:
Where is the same information being entered more than once?
What steps could be handled directly within the system instead of outside of it?
Where are processes relying on notes, emails, or memory to move things forward?
Even small adjustments in these areas can make workflows smoother, reduce errors, and save time across teams.

Celebrating Q1 and Gearing Up for What’s Next
It has been an incredibly busy and rewarding start to the year, and we recently took a moment to celebrate our collective efforts. We got together for a special dinner to reflect on our first-quarter milestones and align our focus for Q2.
Taking a step back from our screens to share a great meal, exchange ideas, and simply enjoy some quality time together outside the office was exactly what we needed.
We know that a strong, connected team is the foundation of the support and innovation we bring to our credit union partners, and we are stepping into this next quarter more energized than ever.
